The James Bond character is the wild symbol in this game and replaces all other symbols, except for the scatter symbol. This is actually a 'walking wild' which means, when it appears, it stays for 3 re-spins and walks across the screen onto each neighboring reel.

There is a re-spin feature where Bond shoots and rewards you with a special feature; it could be the Shaken not Stirred bonus round or a set of 3 new re-spins featuring more walking wild symbols. If you trigger this bonus round during the re-spin feature, James Bond parachutes down and you are taken to a new screen with a woman mixing cocktails. In this round you must choose one of 2 cocktails to receive a bonus prize. If you don't like the first prize then you can pick another cocktail but like it or not, you are stuck with that one.
